Reformation Begins with a Question – Part 1 – Ep 084

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to ask all those questions that are really going through your head? Maybe you want to ask them about the church. Why do we go to church? Why do we do church the way that we do? It’s all those questions you think you would probably be ostracized for. You would probably be looked at weird. People would probably question your allegiance to Christ and the gospel itself if you asked those questions. But the funny thing is we’re all walking around with those questions in our minds. We’re just too afraid to ask them. So what would the world look? What would the church look like if, instead of walking around afraid of asking those questions, we felt free to do so. What if we took those bold steps to ask the questions that nobody wants to ask, but we desperately need to?

Part 1 of our special reformation episode begins the story of Martin Luther who struggled with his own doubts, fears, and insecurities. And it drove him to ask a question that would begin a reformation that continues to affect us today.

There’s power in asking a question!
